Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging.

 

  1. Return Process:

Please contact our customer service team at meow@roamingwhiskers.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.

 

  1. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  1. Refunds:

Once your return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
